Queensland's safety and compensation services represents a strategic partnership between the Office of Industrial Relations (OIR) and WorkCover Queensland. OIR includes:
- Workplace Health and Safety Queensland
- Electrical Safety Office
- Workers' compensation services (formerly Q-COMP).
WorkCover Queensland is an independent government owned statutory body. Both organisations report to Queensland's Minister for Industrial Relations.
